Private Residence, Mayfair - ISG

Refurbishment of a luxury multi-million pound apartment in London's exclusive district of Mayfair.  A prior security breach had resulted in the need for a complete overhaul of security which meant that access to ceilings had been required throughout the apartment to allow installation of a new security system.  Phillips Interiors were contracted to rectify the areas where access had been supplied and to return the property to its previous level of finish.  During the contract additional modifications were also made to the kitchen and breakfast areas.  The photos show the disruption caused and the high level of finish once the project was complete.
